I´ve been wanting to share these with you...

we joined the cross country Boquete running team:)...

 

we run 5-7 miles three times a week through the mountains...

 

these are the beautiful sights we get to see -  kind of takes your mind off running:)

 

I´ve been blogging in my mind all the things I wanted to share with my friends...do you ever do that?

So here they are rainbows, the sound of flowing rivers, flowers, banana trees, & of course my favorite -

coffee beans!

and not so favorite ...but still beautiful - neurotoxic caterpillars!

know that you are in my heart & prayers today

 

and someday "que Dios quiere", if God wants,

we will sit and have that cup of coffee we´ve been planning!
